_builder_version=&#8221;4.9.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;4aacff7f-1bb6-42ab-92b0-a1b4b1f42dd8&#8243; body_ul_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h5><strong>INICIO DEL TR\u00c1MITE<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>POR PARTE DEL PADRE DE FAMILIA O Y\/O TUTOR DEL ALUMNO (A):<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>SOLICITAR EN CONTROL ESCOLAR Y\/O COORDINACI\u00d3N ACAD\u00c9MICA QUE CORRESPONDA EL NIVEL DE ESTUDIO DEL ALUMNO(A).<\/li>\n<li>REALIZAR EL PAGO DEL ARANCEL CORRESPONDIENTE AL TR\u00c1MITE QUE REQUIERE, EN EL \u00c1REA CONTABLE.<\/li>\n<li>ENTREGAR EL RECIBO DE PAGO AL \u00c1REA QUE CORRESPONDA (CONTROL ESCOLAR O COORDINACI\u00d3N ACAD\u00c9MICA, SEG\u00daN SEA EL CASO).<\/li>\n<li>RECIBIR\u00c1 LA(S) CONSTANCIA(S) QUE SOLICIT\u00d3 EN EL \u00c1REA CORRESPONDIENTE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NOTA:<\/strong> EL ALUMNO TIENE DERECHO A UNA CONSTANCIA POR PER\u00cdODO ESCOLAR SIN COSTO, PARA EL SERVICIO M\u00c9DICO LA CUAL SE RECOMIENDA SOLICITEN A LAS COORDINACIONES ACAD\u00c9MICAS QUE CORRESPONDA, AL INICIO DE CADA CICLO ESCOLAR, PARA EVITAR PERCANSES, DADO QUE EL TR\u00c1MITE DE ELABORACI\u00d3N ES DE UNO A DOS D\u00cdAS H\u00c1BILES A PARTIR DE LA SOLICITUD.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>CONTROL ESCOLAR:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>PREGUNTAR\u00c1 AL PADRE DE FAMILIA O TUTOR QUE ACUDE DE MANERA PERSONAL A SOLICITAR EL TR\u00c1MITE, \u00bfQU\u00c9 TIPO DE CONSTANCIA REQUIERE?; EN HORARIO DE 8:00 A 13:00 HRS. DE LUNES A VIERNES.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PASO 5.-<\/strong> ENTREGAR EN CONTROL ESCOLAR, EL OFICIO DE SOLICITUD DE BAJA FIRMADO POR EL PADRE Y\/O TUTOR, AS\u00cd COMO POR LA COORDINACI\u00d3N ACAD\u00c9MICA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PASO 7.-<\/strong> RECOGER EN EL \u00c1REA CONTABLE (UN D\u00cdA H\u00c1BIL POSTERIOR A LA SOLICITUD), LA CONSTANCIA DE NO ADEUDO DE PAGOS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>TR\u00c1MITE POR PARTE DE COORDINACI\u00d3N ACAD\u00c9MICA:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>PASO 2.-<\/strong>LA COORDINADORA RECIBIR\u00c1 EL OFICIO DE SOLICITUD DE BAJA Y LO <u>FIRMAR\u00c1 COMO Vo. Bo. Y\/O ENTERADO<\/u> Y SE LO DEVOLVER\u00c1 AL INSTANTE AL PADRE O TUTOR, PARA QUE \u00c9STE CONTINUE CON EL PROCESO DE BAJA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>TR\u00c1MITE POR PARTE DEL \u00c1REA CONTABLE:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>PASO 4.- <\/strong>EL \u00c1REA CONTABLE RECIBE LA SOLICITUD (VERBAL) DEL PADRE Y\/O TUTOR DE LA CONSTANCIA DE NO ADEUDO DE PAGOS E INDICAR\u00c1 AL MISMO QUE DICHO DOCUMENTO LE SER\u00c1 ENTREGADO UN D\u00cdA H\u00c1BIL POSTERIOR A SU PETICI\u00d3N DENTRO DEL HORARIO DE 8:00 A 13:00 HRS. _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;4aacff7f-1bb6-42ab-92b0-a1b4b1f42dd8&#8243; body_ul_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h5>PASO 1<\/h5>\n<p>El interesado deber\u00e1 entregar los documentos que a continuaci\u00f3n se detallan, con la finalidad de realizar la inspecci\u00f3n correspondiente y con ello poder otorgar la resoluci\u00f3n de si procede o no su equivalencia de materias:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acta de Nacimiento Reciente, en el Nuevo Formato (1 Copia).<\/li>\n<li>Constancia estudios con calificaciones, promedio y que indique los per\u00edodos cursados, Original y 5 Copias).<\/li>\n<li>Mapa Curricular (Firmado y Sellado por la Escuela de Procedencia, Original y 5 copias).<\/li>\n<li>Programa de Estudio P\/Materia Aprobada (Firmado y Sellado por la Escuela de Procedencia, Original).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PASO 2<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>En el caso de ser aceptada su equivalencia de materias el padre o tutor deber\u00e1 entregar en la Direcci\u00f3n de la Escuela la siguiente documentaci\u00f3n:<\/li>\n<li>Acta de Nacimiento en el nuevo formato (Emitida en A\u00f1o: 2020 o superior) (Original y 5 Copias de ambos lados).<\/li>\n<li>Certificado de Secundaria (Original y 5 Copias).<\/li>\n<li>Certificado Parcial de Preparatoria (Nota: Si el Certificado es emitido en otro Estado deber\u00e1 estar legalizado)(original y 5 copias en tama\u00f1o carta).<\/li>\n<li>Constancia de Autenticidad del Certificado Parcial (Emitido por la Preparatoria de Procedencia), ORIGINAL Y 5 COPIAS.<\/li>\n<li>Carta de Buena Conducta de la Escuela de Procedencia (Original y 5 Copias).<\/li>\n<li>6 CURP reciente (impresiones de internet, por lo menos una deber\u00e1 estar impresa a color).<\/li>\n<li>6 fotos (tama\u00f1o infantil, blanco y negro, no instant\u00e1neas, papel mate).<\/li>\n<li>3 folders t\/carta, color rosado.<\/li>\n<li>3 copias de la identificaci\u00f3n oficial (INE, etc.) de la persona que fungir\u00e1 como tutor del alumno(a).<\/li>\n<li>3 copias de comprobante de domicilio (luz, agua,etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nota: Toda la documentaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 estar en buen estado de lo contrario se le otorgar\u00e1 un plazo no mayor a 15 d\u00edas naturales, a partir de la fecha de inscripci\u00f3n o en su defecto antes de concluir la 2a.
